Provision of an independent assessment and report
We have assisted many professionals dealing with allegations of misconduct by providing an objective evaluation of the issues underpinning the matters which have led to the notification. Our comprehensive reports can provide lawyers and professionals with advice regarding the professional’s strengths as well as identifying areas for improvement. We are also able to provide a second opinion regarding reports provided by a Board’s expert. Having been called to give evidence both for various Boards and for professionals in a range of disciplines, we have the expertise and credibility you need to manage these situations.
Professional Supervision
Supervision provides you with a chance to reflect on your practice and identify areas for improvement and professional development. We have assisted many health professionals to hone their clinical skills. In situations where a notification has been made, we can assist by providing supervision regarding the areas where improvement is needed. We also provide general supervision to professionals who are not facing allegations.
Treatment
We are also able to provide specialist treatment services to professionals who have experienced issues with sexual misconduct, substance use, anger problems and a range of other mental-health concerns.
